We had a great meal in R.S. this month
Turkey breast
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Throw it all in the crock pot for 7-8 hrs. Unwrap the mesh on the turkey breast and break apart. Serve with egg noodles. This is SO good and so easy! Mom

Tuna Salad
A friend who used to work at a deli type place made this once and I've loved it ever since. It's one of my ultimate favorite lunches, especially because it's so versatile. The only real essentials in this recipe are lettuce, tuna, and an italian dressing that you love. But the rest add a lot, too:
Ingredients:
- lettuce (not iceberg!)
- 1 can tuna
- Ranch dressing or mayo to mix with tuna (you can also add shredded cheese to the tuna/mayo mix)
- salad add ins: cucumbers, tomatoes, capers (I don't like capers but my friend put them in her salad), green onions, olives, or just whatever you have!!
- Italian Dressing (I love the recipe for Italian Dressing on the salad dressing mixers Brooke gave us all for Christmas last year. Make it with balsamic vinegar. Or Newman's Own Balsamic Vinagrette is good on this, too, or you can even just mix balsamic vinager to oil in equal parts)
After mixing the mayo and tuna, place the tuna on top of the lettuce and salad add-ins. Top with dressing. Mix up the tuna into the dressing to eat, or eat however you like!! Enjoy!
