Ramen

1. Buy Ramen Bag
2. Boil Water (Enough to cover noodles)
3. Chuck stuff from Ramen Bag in pot
4. Eat (Your choice if you want it with or without broth)

Garden Fresh Bruschetta

1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
14 slices French brea
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced (puree half of them)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbl olive oil
1 tbl minced fresh basil pluse 14 fresh leaves (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Rub cut side of garlic over one side of each slice of bread. Place bread, garlic side down, on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes on each side. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Top bread with mixture. Garnish each with a basil leaf (optional). Yummy! Yields 14 servings!
